Red Label Store Fixtures order form collects personal information from our customers such as name, address, telephone numbers, fax numbers and credit card information needed to process and bill an order. All of our customer's personal information is used solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and will never be shared, sold or loaned to outside agencies.
Red Label Store Fixtures may use personal information collected from the customer to send special offers and information about new products. The customer email list is an optional service and the customer may un-register from our mailing list at any time.

At Red Label Store Fixtures we value each and every customer. We want all of our customers to know that we strive to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- No minimum order is required
- All orders shipped within California will be charged a sales tax percentage of 8.25%
- Prices listed on the website do not include shipping, handling or tax.
- All purchase orders must be pre-approved by management before fufillment of the order
- Items are not gauranteed to be in stock. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted by customer service
- Returns and/or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.
- All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, must include a copy of the original receipt and must be free of any damage.
- All return orders
- If your merchandise is being shipped via LTL Freight check for any damage or missing items before the Bill of Lading is signed.
- In the event that visible damage or missing items are found in a shipment have the delivery driver make a notation on the Bill of Lading. No credit will be given if the order is accepted as complete and undamaged.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Any opened items are non-refundable. All returns must be in the original packaging and display no signs of usage or tampering.
SHIPPING
All orders will be processed in the order received unless and expedited shipping option has been chosen. Orders are normally processed and ready for shipment within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 5 business days for transport and delivery. The method of shipping is based on the weight of the merchandise. Orders will be shipped by either UPS, FED EX or LTL Trucking. If you would like to use a personal account number for either UPS or FED EX please contact our sales office to make arrangements.
All next day, second day & three day select orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped the next UPS business day.
Red Label Store Fixtures accepts will call orders. If you would like to pick the merchandise up from our warehouse, please place the order first with our sales office.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a shipment that contains a Manufacture defective item, alert customer service and return the product within 15 days of the invoice date . Merchandise must include a copy of the original receipt. All returned shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Once the returned item(s) have been inspected and determined to be defective due to manufacturing, all return shipping costs will be credited back to the customer. Defective merchandise does not include damage due to acts of nature, negligence or improper use. All merchandise determined to be defective will be replaced free of charge to the customer.
